If we can’t seem to solve our problems on our own we can start to feel stuck resulting in feelings of hopelessness and despair.
I am a professionally qualified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist experienced in helping individuals explore how their thoughts feelings and behaviours can impact their lives. I offer a comfortable safe space where you can talk openly about the issues that are affecting your life without any fear of judgement.
You may have a particular problem you want to address or you may be confused at why you are feeling the way you do. Together we will explore your problems and what you want to achieve in therapy. We will then work collaboratively at a pace that you are comfortable with. I aim for the work we do together to enhance your self-confidence and well-being.
